James Mathers has extensive experience in human resources and talent management, currently serving as a People & Capability Business Partner at Inde Technology since April 2022. Prior to this role, James held similar positions at Jade Software Corporation from February 2017 to February 2022, where responsibilities included both People & Capability Business Partner and People & Capability Advisor roles.
