Rob Young

Rob Young is an experienced executive currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Bedford Consulting since July 2023. In addition, Rob holds the position of Non-exec Chairman (UK) at InDebted since April 2021 and previously worked as an Advisor at noah energy from September 2021 to August 2023. Rob's extensive background includes roles as Director for OnDeck Canada and OnDeck Australia from 2015 to 2022 and President & GM International at OnDeck from 2015 to 2021, where Rob contributed to the company becoming a leading online small business lender. Prior experience includes serving as VP CorpDev & Strategy at Wonga, Senior Associate at Balderton Capital, and Associate at Alta Berkeley, focusing on venture capital and technology investments. Rob holds an MSc in Computer Science from Queen's University Belfast and a BA (Hons) in European Business from Ulster University, alongside a Bachelor of Arts from Universidad de Granada.
