Shannon Bott

Shannon Bott has over 25 years of experience in the collections and settlement industry. Currently serving as a Settlement Coordinator at InDebted since January 2021, Shannon previously held the same title at Delta Outsource Group from August 2018 to January 2021. Prior to that, Shannon worked at Delta Outsource Group, Inc. as a Collection Support professional from January 2016 to August 2018. Shannon’s career began at Client Services Incorporated as a Collections Representative from June 1997 to July 2007, followed by a role in collections at Financial Asset Management Systems, Inc. (FAMS) from July 2007 to August 2013.
