Luke McLean is currently the Director at Indecon, an industrial and commercial construction company specializing in design and construction services across Australia and New Zealand. They previously served in various managerial roles, including Construction Manager and Senior Project Manager at Built Environs Pty Ltd and Built, where they led significant projects such as the Compass Latitude Leighton Beach Apartments. With early experience as an Assistant Director in the film industry and as a Quantity Surveyor at WT Partnership, they have cultivated a diverse skill set over their career.
