Eric Hernandez has a diverse work experience in various marketing roles. Eric is currently the Head of Marketing Brand and Communications (Global) at Indeed Flex since 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Sr. Brand Marketing Manager at Rhythm from 2021 to 2022, where they were responsible for creating and implementing a comprehensive marketing plan. Eric also worked as a Sr. Brand Marketing Manager at Mattress Firm from 2019 to 2021, where they successfully developed strategic integrated marketing campaigns and increased conversion rates. Before that, they were the CEO and Founder of Love Mid Modern, an e-commerce furniture store, from 2018 to 2019. Eric has also worked as a Marketing Director at MassMutual, a Digital Content Manager at Dr Pepper Snapple Group, and in various marketing roles at Capital One and General Motors.
Eric Hernandez attended The University of Texas at Austin from 2004 to 2008, where they obtained a BA degree in Marketing. In 2006, they participated in a study abroad program at Comillas Pontifical University, focusing on Marketing. Additionally, in 2007, they attended FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas for a short-term study abroad program, earning an IPM degree.
