Gemma Walters

Gemma Walters is an experienced professional in client relations and sales management, currently serving as the Director of Client Relations at Indeed Flex since January 2021. Previously, Gemma held various positions at Syft, including City Manager for Wales & South West England, where the focus was on providing vetted hospitality and warehousing staff. Prior experience includes a sales manager role at H2O Concepts L.L.C in the UAE and client relations manager at Jumeirah Group in Dubai. Gemma's career began with a front-of-house management position at Capella Hotels and Resorts, where responsibilities included overseeing guest relations and staff training. Gemma holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business & Hospitality Management from Swansea Metropolitan University and a BTEC National Diploma in Business Management from Neath Port Talbot College.
