Mark Watts currently serves as an Ambassador for The Burnt Chef Project® and as the Back of House (BoH) industry lead for Indeed Flex, overseeing recruitment for BoH roles across the UK. Previously, Mark held various roles in the culinary field, including BoH team leader and Back of House onboarding executive. Mark's experience encompasses significant positions as a Sous Chef and Head Chef in multiple establishments, as well as serving as a Recruitment Consultant in hospitality. Mark possesses formal education in Environmental Health from the University of the West of England and a BSc in Forensic Chemistry from the University of Kent. Currently, Mark is pursuing further studies at Corndel College London.
