Natasha M. has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on building and managing HR teams. Natasha currently holds the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Indeed Flex, where they are responsible for setting the HR strategic direction and supporting the growth of the business. Prior to this, Natasha served as the Global HR Director at HighQ, where they grew and managed the HR function on a global scale. Natasha also held the position of Head of HR at Adaptavist, where they successfully managed the HR function across multiple international locations. Natasha's earlier experience includes serving as an HR Manager at Webcredible and as a Compliance Officer at LB Tower Hamlets. Natasha began their career as a Team Secretary at the Care Quality Commission.
