Suzanne Perry

Suzanne Perry, PHR, CSP/MBA, currently serves as Chief People Officer at Staffmark Group since March 2001, where responsibilities include developing and coordinating HR functions for over 400 locations across the US and leading initiatives in digitalization and mergers. In addition, Suzanne serves as the US Head of HR at Indeed Flex since October 2022. Previous experience includes roles such as Human Resources Manager at Hill-Rom, overseeing HR duties for a 1,500-employee facility, and Employee Relations Manager at Nabisco, managing labor relations for a 700-employee company. Early career positions include human resources management at Star Building Systems and Johnson Controls, where critical HR functions were directed for manufacturing and government operations. Suzanne holds an MBA in Business from Thomas More University and a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources from San José State University.
