Ashley McKay is an experienced user experience designer with a diverse background in education and technology. Early career as a special education teacher included curriculum planning and data analysis within the Austin Independent School District and Huffman Independent School District. Transitioning to project coordination, Ashley managed the 2014 Magnet application process and implemented data analysis processes. As an interaction designer for the WIC Program, contributions included gamifying educational content for young children. Subsequent roles at Survey Analytics and National Instruments involved significant UX design enhancements and collaboration with cross-functional teams to improve user experiences. Currently serving as a senior user experience designer at Indeed, Ashley continues to leverage a strong educational foundation from Houston Baptist University and a specialized certificate in User Experience Design from Austin Community College.
