Bliss Altenhoff

Bliss Altenhoff is the User Experience Director at Indeed, where they shape product and design strategy by understanding user behaviors and leveraging technology to meet users' needs. With a PhD in Human Factors Psychology from Clemson University, they previously held positions as a UX Researcher at Amazon and a Design Researcher at Microsoft. Bliss also completed a Master of Science in Applied Psychology at Clemson and began their career as a UX Research Intern at Premier Inc. Their expertise lies in conducting research studies and coaching others to integrate insights into design decisions.
