Dustin Smith is currently the Product Director of AI & Jobseeker Experience at Indeed, where they spearhead strategy and execution for the company's AI platform, Career Scout. Previously, they served as a Senior Product Manager at Indeed, guiding innovative product strategies and aligning cross-functional teams. Dustin was also a Product Manager at BuildASign.com, where they focused on user experience and product development. They owned White Mocha Marketing and Consulting for a brief period, providing marketing consulting services to small businesses. Dustin holds an MS in Information from The University of Texas at Austin and a BS in Theoretical Mathematics from The University of Texas at Dallas.
