Frances James is the Director of International UX Research at Indeed.com, where they lead and scale impactful UX research teams. With a diverse portfolio of behavioral and preference research experience, Frances has previously held significant positions at Netflix and Zynga, contributing to user experience research and strategy. Frances began their career as a Usability Analyst at User Insight and has since honed their skills in various roles, including Senior Manager and UX Lead. Currently, Frances is pursuing a Master’s degree at Georgia State University, building on their Bachelor’s degree from Covenant College.
