Jon Hanks is a highly experienced software engineer and entrepreneur with a strong background in reliability engineering and software development. Currently serving as a Staff Software Reliability Engineer at Indeed.com since November 2014, Jon has significantly contributed to the management of a backend system for over 350 million monthly users. Jon previously led a team as a Staff Software Engineer, focusing on enhancing compliance experiences and developing tools for security and test automation. As CTO and Co-Founder of Prepify, Jon guided the development of a web-based SAT learning platform. Educational credentials include an MBA from The University of Texas at Austin and dual bachelor's degrees in Mathematics and Computer Science from Virginia Tech.
