Junya Suzuki began their career in the HR department at Recruit Holdings Co., Ltd., focusing on new graduate recruitment and later contributing to global expansion and merger integration. They have participated in numerous international acquisitions, enhancing HR strategies and supporting the establishment of overseas subsidiaries across Asia, North America, and Europe. Currently, Junya serves as Divisional Director for Scaled Business Success at Indeed, where they are involved in strategy formulation and financial monitoring for online business ventures. Junya holds a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Educational Psychology and is pursuing a Master of Science in Decision Analysis at Minerva University.
