Kat Ward has extensive experience in sales and business development across various sectors. Currently serving as Sales Director - RPO at Indeed.com since April 2018, Kat has held multiple positions within the company, including Senior National Account Manager and National Account Manager. Prior to Indeed.com, Kat was the Sales and Marketing Manager at Posh Trading Company Ltd, and held roles including Business Development Manager at American Express and Channel Manager at The M9 Group. Kat's career began at The Fidelity Group, where various managerial roles were undertaken, and included a position as Payroll Administrator at Capita Resourcing. Kat holds A Levels in Philosophy, Maths, and Information Technology from Henley College and completed GCSEs at Queen Anne's Caversham.
