Kate Gorey

Kate Gorey is a Senior Corporate Counsel at Indeed. Kate has over 10 years of experience working in the legal field. Kate has a Juris Doctor from the University of Notre Dame Law School and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Arizona.

Kate began their legal career as an Associate at A&L Goodbody, where they worked for over 8 years. In their role as an Associate in the IP & Technology group, Kate provided legal advice on a variety of matters, including intellectual property, data privacy, and technology contracts. Kate also spent a year on secondment at Bank of Ireland, leading the Recovery and Resolution Project (RRP), a project which involved the amendment of the Bank’s essential contracts with suppliers pursuant to the European Banking Recovery and Resolution Directive.

In February 2016, Kate left A&L Goodbody to join Bank of Ireland as a Legal Secondee in the Group Manufacturing team. In this role, Kate was responsible for drafting and negotiating commercial contracts with suppliers. Kate also liaised with procurement and commercial colleagues to ensure the efficient delivery of project deadlines and objectives. Kate left Bank of Ireland in June 2016 to join Indeed as a Senior Corporate Counsel.

Kate Gorey reports to Lowell Brickman, General Counsel & Secretary. They work with Daniel Vinish - Senior Corporate Counsel, Rouzhna Nayeri - Senior Corporate Counsel, M&A, and Susann Wisnewski - Senior Corporate Counsel.
