Kavya A possesses extensive experience in human resources, having worked at Freyr Solutions from February 2022 to March 2024 as a Human Resources Executive, where responsibilities included recruitment, onboarding, and addressing ad-hoc HR requests. Prior to that, Kavya served as a Human Resources Associate, focusing on recruitment, onboarding, background verification, and employee engagement, while collaborating with hiring managers. Earlier experience includes a Human Resources Intern role at IIFL and a position as an HR Trainee at Way2Wealth Brokers Pvt.
