Kelley Barnes, MBA, GPHR, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in managing HR activities across various sectors, including finance, manufacturing, and technology. Currently serving as the Senior Human Resources Manager for Corporate Functions at Indeed since May 2021, Kelley oversees HR operations for global Finance, Corporate Development, and Legal departments, supporting multiple executives and vice presidents. Prior roles include Senior Director of Human Resources at Texas Hydraulics Holdings, where Kelley achieved significant cost savings in hiring, and a series of leadership positions at TrackingPoint, PetRelocation.com, Accruent, Vista Equity Partners, and CCP Games, demonstrating a strong track record in recruitment, talent management, and organizational growth.
