Kellie Goolsby

Kellie Goolsby currently serves as the VP of People Operations at Indeed.com, a role held since October 2018, where responsibilities include leading teams in Global Shared Services, Employee Relations, HR Compliance, Global Onboarding, Workplace Operations, Facilities, and overseeing the Executive Assistant team. Previously, Kellie worked at Gerson Lehrman Group from April 2011 to September 2017, where leadership roles included Chief of Staff for HR and Vice President of Compliance, focusing on compliance framework adherence and policy development. Earlier experience includes serving as President of Shipley & Associates from March 2004 to April 2011, managing litigation support operations, and an intern role in Import/Export Controls at Intelsat in 2002-2003. Kellie began a career in education as an English Teacher in Japan from July 1998 to July 2000. Educational credentials include a JD from American University Washington College of Law and a BA in Political Science from Fordham University, complemented by executive education from Wharton.
