Lexie Chen

Lexie Chen is an experienced UX professional with a strong background in leading design initiatives for AI platforms and user experiences. At Indeed.com, Lexie held multiple roles, including UX Lead for the AI Platform, where design leadership resulted in the development of GenAI features and a unified prompt and evaluation platform for over 30 product teams. Lexie also served as a Senior UX Designer in an incubator setting, establishing design processes and scaling the team. Previous experience includes roles at Microsoft, where Lexie contributed to wireframes and prototypes for innovative projects, and at Jiangsu Broadcasting Corporation, where collaboration led to the successful design of the Litchi News mobile app. Lexie’s educational background includes a Master’s Degree in Digital Media from the University of Washington and a Master's degree in International Relations and Affairs from The London School of Economics and Political Science.
