Lori Aiken currently serves as the Head of Talent Management at Indeed, a position held since June 2023. Prior to this role, Lori was the Chief Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Officer at Sallie Mae from May 2021 to June 2023. Lori's extensive experience in talent and human capital management includes serving as the Head of Human Capital for Market Expansion at JPMorganChase from October 2017 to May 2021, and as Chief Talent Officer at Sony Pictures Entertainment from May 2015 to August 2017. Additionally, Lori held the position of SVP & Chief Talent Officer at Viacom from June 2008 to April 2015. Lori holds a Bachelor of Science in Management and a Master’s degree in Adult Education/Counseling Psychology, both degrees obtained from Rutgers University.
