Philip Ermish

Philip Ermish is currently the Director of Software Engineering at Indeed, leading efforts focused on the Japan marketplace and the Indeed+ project. They co-founded FindADoc, a nonprofit platform that assists individuals in Japan with accessing healthcare services, which has significantly expanded since its inception. Philip previously served as Director of Engineering at Indeed (Japan), managing over a dozen engineering teams during a six-year tenure. Their career includes roles as a software development manager and CTO in various companies, where they successfully delivered complex projects and developed talent in the tech community. Philip holds dual Bachelor’s degrees in Computer Engineering from LeTourneau University and Handong Global University.
