Rita Prather

Rita Prather is a Technical Product Manager at Indeed.com, where they focus on enabling secure job opportunities through their software engineering team. They previously held various roles at National Instruments, culminating in a position as Senior Software Product Manager, and also gained experience as an Applications Engineer and Engineering Leadership Program Intern. Rita started their journey with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin, after which they worked as a research assistant in both solid state physics and biomechanical simulation. During their time at Anderson High School, they created and patented a knee brace and robotic simulator.
