Sarah Cotter

Sarah Cotter is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business analysis and sales operations. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at Indeed since April 2021, Sarah has also held positions as a Business Analyst Manager and a Business Analyst in the Sales Operations Team. Prior to Indeed, Sarah was the Head of Sales and Business Development at WorkCompass from August 2020 to April 2021. From 2017 to 2020, Sarah advanced through various roles at Teamwork, culminating in the position of Business Development Team and Programme Manager. Additionally, Sarah interned at the European Parliament during the pursuit of a law degree from 2011 to 2015. Sarah's educational background includes a Master's in Management Science from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School and ongoing studies in Coaching Psychology at University College Cork. Further training includes a workshop on Managing High Performance Teams from the Irish Management Institute.
