Susan Dong

Susan Dong is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in organizational transformation and management. Currently serving as the APAC Human Resources Business Partner at Indeed.com since March 2020, Susan previously held key HR roles at Transport for NSW, Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF), and Restless Development, focusing on areas such as employee relations, performance management, and leadership development. Additional experience includes project management positions at JLL, Telstra, and Ausgrid, along with HR advisory roles at Microsoft and generalist positions at Lion and Westpac.
