Taylor Dugan is the Manager of UX Content Design at Indeed, where they lead a team of 10 content designers focused on enhancing user experiences across the job seeker product suite. Previously, Taylor served as a Manager of Help & Education Content Strategy at Facebook, overseeing a team of content strategists and collaborating with various product teams. Taylor has also held roles as an SEO Content Manager at L2TMedia and as a Content Marketing and Editorial Intern at Acton School of Business. They earned a Bachelor of Arts in Rhetoric and Writing from The University of Texas at Austin.
