Previously, Tom held various leadership roles, including Senior Sales Manager at HPOne and Client Executive at Verizon Enterprise Solutions, where they successfully led teams to achieve top performance rankings and improved sales conversion rates. Tom's earlier career included supervisory positions at National Car Rental and TTEC, where they developed strategies for process improvements that positively impacted stakeholders. Tom continues to pursue education at Montana State University-Bozeman.
