Tom Stuczynski

Tom Stuczynski is a seasoned software engineer with over a decade of experience in designing and building scalable systems. They began their career as a Software Engineering Intern at Erie Insurance Group before advancing to Microsoft, where they contributed significantly to Office 365's deployment technology. Tom later worked at Susquehanna International Group, LLP, and held various roles at Indeed, culminating in their current position as a Staff Software Engineer. They have led teams in transitioning payment processing systems to an event-driven architecture and have actively collaborated with cross-functional teams to align technical projects with business objectives. Tom earned a degree in Computer Science and Criminal Justice, with a minor in History from PennWest Edinboro.
