Previously, William worked at AEP Energy as a Utility Tariff and Rate Analyst, Data Scientist Associate, and Energy Market Analyst, providing insights and analytics to support sales and product development. William also gained experience as a Policy Intern with the Michigan State Senate and as a Summer Fellow with the University of Michigan Energy Institute, where they researched electricity deregulation and solar energy markets. William holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Environmental Studies and Economics from the University of Michigan.
