Ajith Pillai

Ajith Pillai has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies.

Ajith started their career at Ample Technologies PVt. Ltd in 2001 as a Senior Customer Care representative, where they worked until 2004.

Ajith then joined Mahindra Satyam BSG in 2004 and held various positions. Ajith started as a User Administrator - Network Specialist from November 2004 to March 2005. From March 2005 to October 2007, they served as a Support Analyst Business Process, where they authored business process documents and coordinated implementation plans. Ajith then advanced to the role of Manager Operations from November 2007 to March 2011, and subsequently became a Program Manager from April 2011 to July 2012, specializing in BPO operations and customer account management.

Since August 2012, Ajith has been working at Indegene, initially as a Senior Operations Manager, responsible for managing multiple Pharma customers in the packaging artwork space. Ajith ensured production standards and accuracy and resolved any customer service or quality complaints. Ajith also implemented a comprehensive quality compliance process. As of July 2022, they have been serving as the Director of Project Management.

Ajith Pillai completed their education at St.Arnolds High School from 1982 to 1992, earning a Diploma in Electronics and Communication with a field of study in electronics. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications including "Outsourcing: Managing Service Transition", "Setting Up a PMO", "Managing High Potentials", and "Power BI: Dashboards for Beginners" from LinkedIn in 2021 and 2022.
