Ashish K is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in knowledge management and learning across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Knowledge Management at Indegene since September 2022, Ashish is focused on developing a global Knowledge Management and Learning ecosystem and enhancing communication strategies for Global Operations. Previous roles include Head of Knowledge Management, Learning & Development, and Digital Transformation at ITC Limited, where Ashish spearheaded an integrated employee engagement ecosystem, and Head of Knowledge Management and Learning & Development at Protiviti, where Ashish led digital transformation initiatives for India and the Middle East. Furthermore, Ashish has held significant positions at Deloitte, the World Resources Institute, The Dow Chemical Company, Essar, Reliance, and BARC, consistently contributing to the advancement of knowledge frameworks and organizational effectiveness. Ashish holds a Master's degree in Information Science and a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from the University of Mumbai.
