Jayanthi Ranganathan

Jayanthi Ranganathan has over 15 years of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Jayanthi currently works as the APAC - Talent Acquisition Manager at Indegene, starting in 2022. Previously, they were the APAC & ME Sales and Leadership Hiring Manager at HCL Technologies from 2015 to 2022, where they managed recruitment for sales positions across various regions. Before that, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at HCL Technologies, where they handled end-to-end recruitment processes and hired candidates for multiple domains. Prior to that, Jayanthi worked in the recruitment and human resources department at Steria (India) Ltd from 2010 to 2015. Their earlier experience includes working as a Sr. HR Executive at Teamware Solutions and a Team Leader at FYMC PVT LTD.

Jayanthi Ranganathan completed their Bachelor's degree in Banking Management from the University of Madras from 1999 to 2002. Jayanthi then pursued their Master's degree in HR from Tagore Engineering College from 2002 to 2004. In July 2022, Jayanthi obtained certification in "Excel with LinkedIn Recruiter Assessment" from LinkedIn.
