Sriram S has a diverse work experience spanning various companies and roles. Sriram. began their career as a Junior Executive at GLOBAL CALCIUM in 2008, where they worked until 2010. Sriram. then joined Biocon as an Executive from February 2010 to October 2010. In 2012, they worked as a Marketing Executive at NBR Developers Pvt Ltd. until April 2013. Sriram then joined Sark Projects - India as a Senior Business Development Executive from April 2013 to January 2014.

From January 2014 to October 2014, Sriram worked as a Client Partner at FranklinCovey India & SouthAsia, where they were responsible for selling training programs and achieving targets. Following this, they joined Indegene as a Sales Associate from October 2014 to June 2016. Sriram. was then promoted to the position of Senior Technical Sales Specialist, where they worked from July 2016 to September 2017.

In October 2017, Sriram became a Business Development Lead at Indegene, responsible for selling pharmaceutical services across North America, Europe, and JAPAC regions. Sriram. held this position until June 2019. From July 2019 to June 2022, Sriram served as an Associate Manager in Business Development at Indegene, where they had end-to-end sales and revenue responsibilities in various areas such as Clinical, Medical, and Commercial. Sriram. is currently working at Indegene as the Manager of Sales Business Development from July 2022.

Sriram S has a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Genetics & Biotechnology from Bangalore University, which they obtained from 2005 to 2008. Sriram. then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on HR and Healthcare from Anna University, completing it from 2010 to 2012. In 2021 and 2022, Sriram enrolled in the Executive Programme in Strategy & Leadership at the Indian Institute of Management Kashipur. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained the Iskill & ILeap Training Certifications from Indegene in June 2015.
