Independent Building Advice (IBA) was borne from 20+ years of specialist experience, a thorough understanding of customer pain points and the know-how to navigate the complexities of home building.

Having started on ‘the other side’, we are built to help every new home owner achieve what they want on time and on budget. By listening and guiding, we are the ultimate sidekick for your project – no matter how big or small.

Independent Building Advice offers a variety of services -

We offer people an end to end service where we champion your home project. We expertly house design, interior design, select builders, compare specifications, negotiate and oversee your project. We even inspect the build quality during construction. Our experts work for you from start to finish.

Alternatively, you can empower yourself and take your home project into your own hands by purchasing one of our home building tutorials that will give you all the information you need to have a great journey and build an amazing home. This tutorial is "on demand" so you can access the right information when you need it.

We also have an "Ask Us Anything" option. If you are stuck with your build and need help, but the information must be reliable, not a guess from a friend or family member, then reach out to us for confidential accurate suggestions that will get you the best results.

Lastly, we have a "Design Feedback" service, with a 100% money back guarantee. This is where you send us your home design where we put it through our 12 point check to see if it stacks up. We check solar orientation, light, ventilation, design flow, land positioning and much more. We will give you feedback as to how to improve the home without breaking the bank.

Independent Building Advice is a friendly helpful service, guiding people to build their best home.

If you want help, it all starts with a friendly chat to see how we can help.
