Anne Walz has a comprehensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Anne began their career in 2005 as a Jr. Recruiter at Chase Staffing, where they gained initial hands-on experience in recruiting. In 2006, they joined Indesign, LLC as a Human Resources Associate and later progressed to become a Human Resources Generalist, overseeing various aspects of HR functions. In 2016, they were promoted to the role of Human Resources Manager at Indesign, LLC, where they managed the daily operations of the HR department, including benefits, recruiting/retention, training, compliance, payroll, policies, and staff development. Currently, Anne holds the position of Human Resources Director at Indesign, LLC, and their responsibilities include strategic management of the HR department.
Anne Walz earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Western Kentucky University, where they studied from 2001 to 2005. In addition to their undergraduate education, they have also obtained certifications in the field of Human Resources. Anne became a SHRM-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) in June 2015 through the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). Prior to that, in June 2011, they obtained the Professional in Human Resources certification from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI).
