Andrew Jarding is an experienced professional in agile transformation and program management, currently serving as the Director of Agile Programs at Indev since June 2022. Prior to this role, Jarding held the position of Director of Agile Transformation at Alpha Omega Integration, LLC, and was the Agile Practice Lead at Excella Consulting, where a 30% growth in the agile practice was achieved within one year. Jarding also contributed significantly at Cognosante as the Agile Transformation Lead and Scrum Master, transitioning the organization from traditional methodologies to agile frameworks.
