Robert Moore

Robert Moore has over 20 years of experience in leadership roles in the information technology industry. Robert currently works as Vice President at Indev, where they started in 2023. Prior to that, they held various roles at NTT DATA Services, including DHS Client Executive VP, Client Executive Vice President, Vice President, and Senior Director. In these roles, they led expert teams specializing in agile and DevOps transition and delivery of quality assurance, coaching, independent verification and validation, testing, and other technical services for federal and commercial clients. Robert also helped organizations succeed in adopting agile and DevOps processes and practices for software development and other mission and supporting functions. From 2007 to 2013, they worked as Director, Transformation & Integration at Phase One Consulting Group, and from 2002 to 2007, they worked at Headstrong, where they held various roles, including Director, Enterprise Performance Management, Director, Business Development, Civilian, and Enterprise Performance Management, EA Practice Lead. Robert began their career in 2001 at Boeing Intelligence & Analytics as Director, Business Development. Before that, from 2003 to 2015, they worked as an Instructor at FEAC Institute.

Robert Moore obtained a certification in Enterprise Architecture from FEAC Institute in 2003. Robert did not complete a degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering at George Mason University or in Mechanical Engineering at Virginia Tech. However, they did earn a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from University of Phoenix, although the start and end years are unknown. Additionally, they obtained several certifications, including a Certified Enterprise Architect from California State University - East Bay in 2003, a PMP from Project Management Institute in 2015, an Agile Certified Practitioner from Project Management Institute in 2018, and a CSM from Scrum Alliance in 2017.
