Pei's career began at Agilent Technologies in customer service and progressed through positions at Intel Corporation, where they focused on product marketing analytics and supply chain modeling. They earned a BSc in Statistics from the University of Malaya and an MSc in Statistics from Universiti Sains Malaysia.
