Tracy previously served as the Logistics and Customer Operations Manager at Villa Maria Estate and held various roles at Treasury Wine Estates, where Tracy revamped the New Zealand Customer Service Team, managed significant process improvements, and focused on team development. Tracy holds a Master of Science in Social and Cultural Psychology from the London School of Economics and a Bachelor's degree in Applied Psychology from the National University of Ireland, Maynooth.
