Randy Lacey has extensive work experience in the scientific research field. From October 2016 to June 2018, they served as an Intelligence Community Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Sandia National Laboratories, where they focused on engineering whole cell biosensors for detecting environmental contaminants. During this time, they successfully designed a copper and gold biosensor and published their findings.
