Joe Cardillo

Program Director/salesforce Practice Lead at Index Analytics

Joe Cardillo has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Joe started their career as an intern for the United States Congress, where they interned for the Committee on Homeland Security. Joe then interned at General Electric before moving on to work as a Work Study at RPI Lally School of Management.

In 2012, Joe joined SRA International as a Business Capture Analyst/Proposal Writer. Joe then transitioned to CSRA Inc, where they held several positions. Joe first served as a Regional Manager before being promoted to the role of National Operations Manager for the EAP. In this role, they oversaw more than 230 personnel and successfully generated almost $13M in revenue annually. Joe also played a key role in the strategic analysis that led to the EAP being awarded the Chicago market. Joe further excelled as a Project Management Officer and later as a Deputy Program Director, where they provided strategic direction and vision for MPIC, specifically making critical changes to the organizational structure and developing SOPs for multiple task areas.

In 2018, Joe joined Index Analytics LLC as the Senior Program Manager/Salesforce Practice Lead. Joe led the project delivery for CHAMP, resulting in it reaching the sole source limit of $4.4M in less than two years. Joe also led a team of more than 60 resources performing software development and data migration efforts. Joe's excellent leadership skills and knowledge of Salesforce case management application were instrumental in supporting CMS.

Joe Cardillo attended Guilderland High School (GHS) from 2004 to 2008. Joe obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) from 2008 to 2012. Joe also obtained another Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Management and Economics from the same institution from 2008 to 2011. In terms of certifications, they received the IITIL v3 Foundations certification in June 2013. Additionally, they obtained the Certified SAFe® 5 Scrum Master and Certified SAFe® 5 Product Owner/Product Manager certifications from Scaled Agile, Inc. in October 2022 and September 2022, respectively. Lastly, they attained the Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute in April 2017.
