Packiaraj Devaraj has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Packiaraj is currently working as the Salesforce Chief Architect at Index Analytics LLC since June 2019. Prior to this, they worked as a Sr Salesforce Technical Architect at Fonteva from March 2017 to May 2019. Packiaraj also served as a Salesforce Solutions / Technical Architect on a contract basis for FDA from January 2016 to February 2017 and for GSA from September 2014 to December 2015.

In addition, Packiaraj has experience as a Salesforce Applications Lead at Comcast from February 2010 to August 2014. Before that, they held the role of Senior Technical Consultant at J&J from March 2008 to February 2010, where they led IT solutions for the eCommerce system for skincare products. Packiaraj also worked as a Senior Technical Consultant at Goodville Mutual Casualty Company from May 2007 to February 2008 and at MetLife Auto & Home from April 2004 to May 2007.

Packiaraj's earlier experience includes working as a Project Lead on a contract basis for Pratt & Whitney from October 2002 to April 2004 and as a Senior Software Engineer at Infotech Enterprises IT Services Pvt Ltd from July 1999 to September 2002. Overall, they have demonstrated expertise in Salesforce architecture and has successfully contributed to various organizations in the IT sector.

Packiaraj Devaraj has a strong educational background in computer science and mathematics. Packiaraj obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Madurai Kamaraj University, where they studied from 1993 to 1996. Following that, they pursued a Master's degree in Computer Applications from Bharathidasan University from 1996 to 1999.

In addition to their formal education, Packiaraj has also obtained several certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. These include certifications such as "Salesforce Certified Data Architecture and Management" and "Salesforce Admin - 201" from Salesforce, obtained in September 2020 and December 2016 respectively. Packiaraj is also certified as a "Certified Scaled Agile Framework Agilist (SA)" and "Certified Scaled Agile Framework Agilist (SP)" by Scaled Agile, Inc. in March 2014. Furthermore, they hold a "Salesforce Dev-401" certification from Salesforce obtained in November 2011.
