Ariadna Bivol

Ariadna Bivol has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Ariadna is currently working at Index as the Director of Sourcing since July 2022, having previously served as the Director of Talent and Operations from July 2021 to July 2022. Before joining Index, Ariadna worked for H.Essers, where they held multiple positions, including Team Manager Customer Service from May 2019 to June 2021, Team Lead Customer Service from May 2018 to May 2019, Expert in Customer Desk Team from March 2017 to May 2018, and Customer Service Representative from September 2015 to March 2017. In addition, they had prior experience at The National Library of Moldova, where they worked as a Main Specialist in the Management Center from February 2014 to September 2015 and as a Content Creator in the Digitization Center from May 2012 to February 2014. Ariadna also briefly worked as a Copywriter at DirectSeo from October 2014 to January 2015.

Ariadna Bivol earned their Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences from Universitatea de Stat din Moldova, where they attended from 2011 to 2015.
