Elena Bejan

Elena Bejan has extensive work experience in HR and people development. Elena currently serves as the People Culture and Development Director at Index, a UK-based company that specializes in scaling engineering teams through talent acquisition. Elena's role involves building a global platform for remote talent, using technology to source, vet, and match top engineers with available jobs. Prior to their current position, Elena worked at Orange for over a decade, starting as a Coordinator for Human Resources and later transitioning into the role of HR Projects Coordinator. Their responsibilities at Orange included internal communication, motivation projects, digitization projects, surveys and analysis, leading certification projects, and recruiting and staffing.

Elena Bejan achieved a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Keiser University from 2005 to 2008. During the same period, they also pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Universitatea de Stat din Moldova.
