Ping M. has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. They are currently working at Index Engines as a Principal Engineer. Prior to that, they worked at Pavilion as a DevOps Lead, where they accelerated the delivery and boosted the reliability of Pavilion platform applications. They also migrated the infrastructure from on-premises to the Cloud and refreshed the CI/CD toolchain with Cloud software.

Before that, Ping held roles at Walmart Labs as a Senior Software Engineer, where they designed and implemented search index scripts, and at MobileIron as a Senior Automation Engineer, where they implemented automation scripts and developed an automation framework for cloud-based enterprise mobility management.

Ping also had long-term roles at eBay as a Senior Software Engineer, working on high scalable distributed search engines, and at Sun Microsystems as a Software Engineer, developing Java web applications for identity management.

Their earliest work experience was at Logica Inc, where they worked as a Software Engineer, designing and developing data control infrastructure for a market data clearinghouse.

Ping M. holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Nankai University. Additionally, they have a Master's degree in Computer Science from Tianjin University. In 2016, Ping also obtained a certification in Big Data Hadoop Foundations from IBM.
