We started in 1990 to provide personal installment loans for busy, hard-working people with limited time and resources. Index Loans continues that mission of providing innovative, efficient, and convenient financial solutions to people just like you. 

Our History
After establishing several smaller lending service providers, namely: Brother Loan & Finance, Checkmate Lending Solutions, and Crystal Rock Finance, we realized it was time to evolve and reorganize our brands to better serve the needs of our customers. When we brought the Index Loans platform online, so much was taken into account by our family. We wanted a product that was convenient and consistent but preserved the same caring customer service we're known for — a stable way to build new relationships and continue serving our long-standing customers.

Our mission continues.
We recognize that bad things can happen to good people, and we also see that when times get tough and money is tight, these same good people may have few places to turn for financial assistance. We also understand that expenses may not fit into paycheck-to-paycheck budgets, so we offer simple, fair personal loans to cover the costs of life.
