Sofia Dolfe

Sofia Dolfe is the current Principal at Index Ventures. Sofia has also worked as an Investor at EQT Ventures and as a Senior Consultant at Parthenon-EY. Dolfe has also done an internship at OECD - OCDE.

Sofia Dolfe has a Master of Science (MSc) with Distinction in Management, Organisations and Governance from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). Sofia also has a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Politics and Theirtory from The University of Edinburgh, where they graduated with First Class Honours and a 4.0 GPA. Sofia spent an exchange year studying International Relations and Affairs at Sciences Po, and they hold an International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma from Sigtunaskolan Humanistiska Läroverket (SSHL), where they scored 42 points. Sofia is originally from London, UK, and they attended Southbank International School.

They work with Ana Andreescu - Marketing and Communications, Rex Woodbury - Principal, and Georgia Stevenson - Principal. Their manager is Neil Rimer, Founding Partner.
