Vikrant Joshi is a seasoned QA and Test Leader with over 25 years of experience in designing and scaling robust QA practices. They have successfully led QA transformations across various organizations, including enterprise and startup environments, while developing high-performing teams and implementing innovative testing strategies. Currently, as the Director of Quality Engineering Services at Indexnine Technologies, Vikrant manages people, processes, and technology while driving initiatives in test automation and performance testing. Previously, they have held impactful roles at notable companies such as Infosys, Accenture, and Deutsche Bank, where they focused on quality assurance, performance engineering, and client engagement. Vikrant pursued an MTech in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.
