Gaby Engelsma

Gaby Engelsma has a diverse work experience with various roles in the HR and administrative field. Gaby currently works at INDG | Grip as the Head of People, where they are responsible for attracting and engaging talented CG and Tech professionals. Prior to this, they held the position of HR Manager at the same company, where they supported the growth of INDG GRIP and ensured efficient HR processes. Gaby also has experience as an HR Coordinator at INDG | Grip.

Before joining INDG | Grip, Gaby worked as an HR Intern at TravelBird, where they were responsible for providing assistance to interns and employees in HR processes. Gaby also conducted halfway and exit talks, handled HR administration tasks, and assisted in HR projects.

Additionally, Gaby has experience as a Project Coordinator at the Nederlands Instituut voor Marketing, where they handled logistics and communication for national exams in Marketing, Communication, and Sales. Gaby also worked as a Head Trainer of Economics at Lyceo, preparing high school students for exams by giving trainings and answering their questions.

Gaby's work experience also includes roles at ChainCraft as an Administration & Office Support professional and at Sparco International B.V. as an Administrative Sales Assistant.

Gaby Engelsma's education history starts with attending Vechtstede College Weesp from 2006 to 2012, where they earned a VWO degree in Natuur & Techniek. Later on, from 2015 to 2018, Gaby pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a specialization in International Business and Management Studies (Fast-Track Program) at Amsterdam School of International Business. Additionally, in 2017 and 2018, Gaby participated in the Global Exchange Programme at RMIT University in Melbourne, Australia.
